Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fintech Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that enhance our fintech products and services. You will collaborate closely with our data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to create innovative solutions that solve complex financial problems.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
A strong candidate would also have:
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
- Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
