Senior AI/ML Developer Job Opportunity

Hunarstreet Technologies is a leading provider of AI solutions, and we're looking for a skilled Senior AI/ML Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models that drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI models using machine learning and deep learning techniques
  • Deploy AI models in production environments
  • Train and evaluate AI models
  • Analyze results and refine models
  • Maintain and improve existing AI systems

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Python
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in machine learning/deep learning
  • Strong knowledge of libraries like NumPy, pandas, matplotlib, scikit-learn, spacy, nltk, transformers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning algorithms, language models
  • Understanding of NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction techniques, data structures and modeling
  • Ability to design, develop, and deploy AI models, focusing on LLM and RAG
  • Ability to effectively design software architecture
  • Must have worked on at least one deep learning framework like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
  • Good understanding of transformers architecture and various models
  • Strong understanding and good hands-on with multithreading and concurrency in Python
  • Basic understanding of deploying deep learning models into production
  • Basic understanding of MLOps
  • Good understanding of deep learning models ability to handle multiple requests concurrently
  • Good hands-on with Open-source Language Models
  • Must have worked with any of Python-based web frameworks like Django, Flask
  • Must have knowledge of advanced SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, MariaDB, MongoDB
  • Must have knowledge and be able to develop solutions considering GDPR compliance
  • Good to have Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Remain updated in the rapidly changing field of machine learning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Should be aware about Software version control systems like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
  • Problem-solving and logical reasoning attitude

Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is between $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
