Job Title: Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Leader to drive enterprise-wide transformation programs.

This key role requires a strong strategic mindset, technical expertise, and experience in AI & Data Science.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business operations and the ability to drive measurable outcomes through cost reduction, process efficiency, and quality improvement.

  • Lead large-scale transformation projects across global BPO operations
  • Align transformation initiatives with strategic business goals

The Transformation Leader will be responsible for driving innovation and digital transformation using AI, data science, and Six Sigma methodologies.

This includes identifying opportunities for process optimization, redesigning workflows, eliminating waste, and minimizing variation in critical business processes.

The role requires a strong command of automation technologies, particularly RPA tools, and in-depth knowledge of BPO metrics and operational challenges.

  • Partner with business leaders to successfully execute transformation initiatives
  • Manage complex transformation roadmaps using agile governance

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in BPO / KPO / Shared Services and demonstrated ownership of large-scale transformation projects.

Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory, and proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, with exposure to AI platforms is required.
