The role of a Senior Manager - Operations is pivotal in ensuring timely compliance to rules on behalf of brands required to fulfill their Extended Producer Responsibility targets.

About the Position:

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainability solutions. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless execution and compliance with existing regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Management: Ensure brands adhere to regulatory requirements, maintaining strict documentation and verification processes.
  • Standardization: Develop and implement standardized formats according to government, brand, or Recykal requirements.
  • Collections and Verification: Document collections and verification as per commitment given to the brands.
  • Proactive Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with key brands and stakeholders associated with Recykal.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for details, especially in terms of compliance-related documentation.
  • Team Management: Handle multiple teams, ensuring efficient workflows and process optimization.
  • Communication: Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
  • Strategic Objectives: Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives, ensuring timely completion and scope adherence.
  • Staffing: Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
  • Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support large teams within time-sensitive and demanding environments.
  • Process Improvement: Partner with cross-functional support teams to improve process implementation.
