About the Role
  • Independently manage and deliver high-quality research products, ensuring end-to-end ownership and execution.
  • Conduct thorough fundamental research on Indian companies using both qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover insights and opportunities.
  • Engage with industry experts and company managements to gather critical data points and stay updated on market trends.
  • Monitor sectors, business tailwinds, and market developments to identify mispriced opportunities and optimize investment decisions.
  • Maintain and regularly update financial models and performance reviews to reflect the latest data and results.
  • Develop clear, engaging, and insightful research reports and articles focused on valuations, stocks, sectors, and investing themes.
  • Communicate research findings through various channels, including webinars, videos, and newsletters, to engage investors and stakeholders.
  • Provide timely alerts and updates on important market, sector, or regulatory developments to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest financial news, regulatory changes, and evolving industry trends to remain competitive.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A master's degree in finance, economics, business, or related fields, with Chartered Accountant qualification being a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in fundamental research on Indian stocks, with strong skills in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuations, and report writing is essential for success in this role.
  • Possession of NISM-Series-XV: Research Analyst Certification is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of the history of Indian and global stock markets, investment strategies, and philosophies of renowned investors.
  • Detailed-oriented and able to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality work consistently.
