About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for driving the product design lifecycle, from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our users.

In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on ambitious goals and bring innovative ideas to life. You will also mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team.

Key responsibilities include building and scaling robust design systems and guidelines, solving complex design challenges with a blend of creative and analytical approaches, and delivering impactful solutions quickly and efficiently.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite, along with a solid understanding of interaction design and information architecture.

You will also require exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • 7+ years of experience in product design, demonstrated by a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions and measurable impact.
  • Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments, ideally in startups or fintech companies.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, UX Design, or a related field.
