Senior Security Analyst

This role involves working as a key member of our security team to ensure the reliability and performance of our SIEM platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SIEM administration, infrastructure management, and log source integration.
Responsibilities:- Owning the day-to-day operations of the SIEM platform, ensuring uptime and service availability.
- Managing the underlying infrastructure layer, including configuration and optimization of SOAR plugins and playbooks.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem management, working closely with OEM partners.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customer stakeholders in platform management.
- Good team working skills and strong collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with security domain technologies like ArcSight, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, and scripting languages (Flex or Regex).
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, with ability to manage and configure both environments.
- Flexible work schedule, with opportunities for shift work and weekend activities.
- Open to working in customer locations, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- Graduation or equivalent with minimum 60% marks, preferably in a relevant field like computer science or engineering.
- Certifications in SIEM product, preferably ArcSight, to demonstrate expertise and commitment to the field.
