Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge solutions. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain high availability and performance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
  • Oversee desktop engineering teams to provide end-user support and ensure smooth operation of desktop computing resources.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure system security and reliability, as well as compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Technical Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced experience managing and troubleshooting virtualized environments, with expertise in hypervisor technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Expertise in software & hardware troubleshooting across a range of systems and platforms.
  • Strong experience in network architecture and internet connectivity, including management of IP addressing, subnetting, and routing protocols.
  • Proficient in Active Directory management, including group policies, user provisioning, and authentication services.
  • Excellent network administration skills, including configuring routers, switches, firewalls (Palo Alto), and VPNs.
  • Experience with server management, including installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, and Ubuntu servers.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML configurations to support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including threat analysis, risk assessment, incident response, and security monitoring.
  • Familiarity with software development frameworks and languages for effective collaboration with development teams.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.
    • Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science (OR) MCA
    • 8 -10 years of experience
    • At least 3~4 years of experience in leading/managing an IT team/projects

You must have excellent leadership skills, problem-solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills, project management experience, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Relevant industry certifications are preferred but not required.
