Job Description:

As a high-performing professional, you will lead the post-silicon performance team to drive successful project execution. You will develop comprehensive test plans, estimates and execution schedules for SoC post silicon testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage SoC post silicon test plans, performance estimates and execution schedules.
  • Drive hardware planning and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet system bringup and performance evaluation dependencies.
  • Manage silicon test plan execution, reporting and coordinate on performance outlier analysis.
  • Drive characterization, tuning and optimization of power and performance for cloud, enterprise, HPC/ML/AI workloads.
  • Collaborate with firmware and software teams to enable and optimize performance and power management features on SoCs.
  • Work with performance architects to define and execute performance measurement methodologies and validation against pre-silicon projections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or related field of study with >10 years of experience in processor performance/power teams.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in managing server SoC post silicon execution projects.
  • Strong foundation in CPU core, memory, storage and I/O subsystems.
  • Power and performance analysis of server class SoCs.
  • Familiarity with complex cloud or enterprise software such as database, data analytics, machine learning, and relevant benchmarks.
