Our organization is seeking a skilled Operations Associate to support our operations. As an ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in Life Insurance and focus on policy servicing and administration.

The role involves processing post-issue service requests, handling routine maintenance tasks, and maintaining accurate records in our systems. This position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Life Insurance domain, with a proven track record of quality and accuracy. You will also require excellent English business communication skills, basic mathematical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and MS-Outlook.

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing post-issue service requests, including address changes, beneficiary updates, ownership and payor changes, and banking information updates.
  • Handling routine maintenance tasks such as corrections to policy data, transaction reversals, and reinstatements.
  • Maintaining and updating policy records in our systems according to standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure service quality.
  • Researching and resolving escalated issues or incomplete transactions related to policy servicing.
  • Ensuring service levels and turnaround times are met according to established standards.
  • Supporting audits and regulatory compliance activities by providing accurate documentation and timely responses.

Requirements include:

  • Graduation in any stream, Commerce Graduate preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the Life Insurance domain, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Experience in a professional/office-related environment, with regular scheduled shifts.
  • Proficiency in using a computer with Windows PC applications, including a keyboard, navigation screens, and learning new software tools.
  • Effective English business communication skills to exchange information with stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve basic mathematical problems.
  • Basic Email/Letter writing skills.
  • Good understanding of MS Excel and MS-Outlook.
  • Life Insurance domain knowledge, preferably Annuities.
