Senior Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at bizaccenknnect. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and testing, with experience in leading and directing QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement QA strategy, approach, and execution in development projects.
  • Lead and direct the QA team, providing technical expertise and guidance.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure QA vision is understood and implemented correctly.
  • Monitor QA activities, test results, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement steps to improve processes and manage training and continuous learning of QA staff.

Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in a leadership position in QA.
  • BE/B.Tech degree in engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in Selenium, Robot Framework, or Katalon.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Risk Management, Risk Identification, and Risk-Based Testing.
