Delivering Email Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and implementation of robust email infrastructures.

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Exchange Server administration, configuration, and troubleshooting is essential.
  • A deep understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and network protocols relevant to Exchange is required.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Exchange Online environments, including mailbox migrations and configurations to enhance user experience.

You will also be tasked with implementing and enforcing security policies, including configuring role-based access control (RBAC) and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects that require Exchange expertise, providing technical guidance and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation of administrative tasks and a proven track record of successfully leading migration projects from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and deployment of Exchange Server solutions, including on-premises and hybrid configurations.
  • Manage and optimize Exchange Online environments.
  • Implement and enforce security policies.
  • Mentor junior administrators and provide training on Exchange management and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing Microsoft Exchange environments.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation of administrative tasks.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading migration projects from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 services beyond Exchange, such as SharePoint and Teams.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE: Productivity, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert).
