Visa Executive Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Visa Executive to handle the end-to-end student visa filing process for European countries, including Germany, Finland, France, Italy, Cyprus, and others.

  • Student Visa Filing: Handle all stages of the student visa filing process for European countries, ensuring compliance with embassy/VFS requirements.
  • Document Verification: Thoroughly review and verify all visa-related documents to ensure accuracy and authenticity.
  • VFS Coordination: Schedule VFS appointments and coordinate with students regarding necessary documentation and procedures.
  • Embassy Updates: Stay informed about changing embassy rules and immigration guidelines for EU countries.
  • University Applications: Fill out university applications on behalf of students, ensuring all forms, essays, and documents meet specific criteria.
  • Student File Management: Maintain and manage individual student files, tracking application status and visa processing timelines.
  • Communication: Communicate professionally with students, universities, and consulates as needed.
  • Administrative Organisation: Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and organisation in all administrative processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in student visa processing, with expertise in European visa applications.
  • VFS Knowledge: Strong knowledge of VFS processes, embassy rules, and document verification for countries like Germany, France, Finland, etc.
  • University Application Experience: Experience in university application filing (online portals, SOPs, LORs, documentation, etc.).
  • Organisational Skills: High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office, PDFs, and document conversion/formatting tools.
