Learner Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to learners, addressing their queries and doubts in real-time.

• Provide timely and effective live support to learners, utilizing your expertise and knowledge to resolve their issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance learner experience and ensure seamless communication.
• Develop and maintain learner-facing materials, such as solution videos, session notes, and FAQs.
• Track and manage learner data, including attendance, feedback, and session engagement.

• 1-3 years of experience in support, learning operations, education, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed during live learning sessions.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms, including SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Forms, and Docs, as well as Canva for presentations and visuals.
