Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation Cloud Service (FCCS). This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • 10+ years of experience in implementing FCCS solutions.
  • Proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial consolidation and close processes.
Leadership and Project Management
  • Lead project teams through solution design, validation, and delivery.
  • Facilitate business requirement gathering sessions, solution demonstrations, user training, and testing.
  • Develop project documents such as BRDs, SDDs, test scripts, and manuals.
Technical Capabilities and Knowledge
  • Strong technical capabilities in FCCS.
  • In-depth understanding of integration capabilities between HFM, FCCS, EPM/Hyperion, and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and other office tools.
Qualifications and Soft Skills
  • CA or MBA Finance degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great presentation skills.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Open to long-term travel to GCC countries based on project needs.
  • Prior onsite experience in GCC regions is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost Management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation, and Hyperion/EPM Tax Reporting is beneficial.
