Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Lead configuration and implementation of multiple SuccessFactors modules for large organizations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand Time Off requirements for POC, conduct workshops, and design tailored solutions.
  • Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Work on time types, time profiles, holiday calendars, work schedules, accrual rules, interim rules, payouts, proration, and carryover logic.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to validate module configurations.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on SuccessFactors modules' best practices, processes, and regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams.
