Job Overview

The Head of Consolidation Reporting role is a key position within the organization, requiring a strong analytical mind to lead the financial consolidation and reporting function.

This position entails overseeing the end-to-end consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data, while driving improvement in reporting quality, timeliness, and uniform accounting across entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and review entity performance.
  • Review financial position, identify opportunities/risk, and work closely with entities to drive corrective actions.
  • Monitor changes in group accounting policies and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Cultivate relationships with Group auditors, YRC Consolidation team, and Finance controllers to promote transparency and credibility.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of post-qualification experience in relevant background.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, Accounting and Reporting, and IFRS standards.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
