Urban Frame is a knowledge-based design practice in Bengaluru, engaged in Architecture, Interior Design & Master Planning. We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Design Manager to join our dynamic studio.
Experience – 10 to 15 Years
Location – Bengaluru
Job Description :
- Lead and guide a team of Architects/Senior Architects on projects from concept design to handover
- Manage the design and delivery for a range of project types in a variety of settings
- Evaluate and align project deliverables with Client expectations
- Collaborate with team members & digital designers and all project stakeholders to initiate and develop design concepts to detailed levels
- Communicate effectively between the project team, clients, PMC, Contractors and consultants
- Guarantee all work is carried out to client requirements, ensuring high-quality and timely product delivery
- Anticipate and resolve complex technical and design issues as they arise during the project
- Provide innovative solutions to resolve design challenges and ensure designs meet Client objectives
- Develop detailed designs on projects and validate designs through stakeholder feedback
- Maintain communication with Clients and Consultants to address architectural needs and requirements
- Nurture relationships with existing Clients
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in architecture; master's degree preferred
- Extensive portfolio of work in Real Estate and corporate campuses
- Demonstrable experience in large-scale projects
- Proven track record of leading, managing and mentoring project teams
- Strong creative visualization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills
