UX Creative Lead

Develop innovative user experiences by driving the design vision for digital products. This involves creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that elevate the user interface of web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Visionary: Foster a strong design culture and ensure alignment with product goals through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • User Experience Design: Craft intuitive user journeys that meet the evolving needs of users and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Visual Design: Establish a cohesive visual language that enhances the overall user experience and reflects the brand's image.
  • Collaboration with Product Managers: Work closely with product managers to define requirements and drive design decisions that support business objectives.
  • Design Implementation and Improvement: Oversee the development of pixel-perfect designs, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement based on user feedback.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers to help them grow professionally and contribute to the growth of the design team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 4 years of experience in designing web applications and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator or any other visual design tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
