This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will work directly with the Head of Strategy to drive critical projects, set up new processes, and enable execution excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage strategic initiatives from concept to execution, building business capabilities from the ground up.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align objectives, solve problems, and drive project outcomes.
  • Act as the execution engine for strategic projects, ensuring clarity, timelines, and accountability across teams.
  • Deliver high-quality executive presentations and reports to communicate project insights, recommendations, and progress.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis and business modeling to support decision-making.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels, driving alignment and delivery without formal authority.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 to 4 years of post-MBA experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, or project execution roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering cross-functional, high-impact projects in a corporate or consulting setup.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with deep proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and executive communication.
  • Highly self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment.
