Technical Solution Developer

This position is responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and timely delivery of products to the market.

Main Responsibilities:

• To lead and participate in executing product lifecycle processes for Insurtech products/platforms.">
• Collaborate closely with various teams to guarantee fulfillment of product requirements.">
• Evaluate product performance and successfully transition products from development to commercialization.">
• Participate in technical discussions with Engineering teams, effectively managing technical/business requirements.">
• Support in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new releases, feature and maintenance updates, and regular corrective service or service pack releases.">
• Mentor/drive a team of Product Managers while acting as a technical consultant to the product organization and leads research, and prototyping of innovative technologies and products.">
• Ensure the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business road map.">
• Act as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development, and requirements.">
• Lead major releases and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer requests. Responsible for product delivery managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development.">

Requirements:

• ">
• 9+ years of experience into Product Management, including analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment.">
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.">
• Strong background of working as a Technical & Functional Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment.">
• Demonstrated hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis, etc.">
• Strong understanding of SDLC & technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems.">
• Proven coaching & mentoring skills in leading individual assignments & delivering results with strong expertise.">
• An SME who performs work with a high degree of latitude; handles complex issues.">
• Possess strong Communication skills, Problem-solving & Analytical thinking skills.">
• Expert level experience in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the use of relevant tools.">
• Ability to influence, lead, and work as part of a cross-functional team setup.">
• Experience in Life & Annuity Industry is beneficial but not required.">
