Job Overview

As a skilled Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs that meet client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of previous works and demonstrate creative talent, imagination, and an eye for design.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential projects.
  • Modular interior experience is mandatory.
  • Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Experience in handling clients and managing projects independently.
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
  • Create sketches, drawings, and floor plans using CAD software and hand-drawing skills to illustrate design concepts.
  • Develop idea boards to communicate design ideas to clients.
  • Maintain an excellent portfolio of previous works.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Google Sketch-up.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and demonstrated aptitude.

Qualifications

  • Academic: Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years), B.Arch.
