Frontend Developer Position

At our organization, we're on the lookout for a talented frontend developer to join our team. If you have a passion for crafting high-quality user experiences and are well-versed in React and design principles, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled frontend developer who can bring their expertise in building responsive, pixel-perfect web pages and components using React. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design/UI skills and experience with landing pages and marketing sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing web pages and components, working closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration, and maintaining a design system/component library for consistency.

We're looking for someone with a solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG) guidelines. Experience with Next.js, animations, and design tools like Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement responsive, pixel-perfect web pages and components using React.
  • Translate product and marketing requirements into engaging landing pages and product UI flows.
  • Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Define and maintain a design system / component library for consistency.
  • Prototype and test new UX patterns for FileSpin's services (dashboards, workflows, content management).
  • Optimize performance and accessibility across browsers and devices.
Requirements
  • 3–6+ years experience in frontend development (React, TypeScript, modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind/Chakra).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design/UI skills — ability to take a concept and create polished, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Experience building landing pages and marketing sites (with A/B testing, SEO basics, analytics integration).
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG).
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
  • Ability to collaborate with backend engineers, marketers, and founders in a fast-moving startup.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Next.js, animations (Framer Motion, GSAP).
  • Understanding of SaaS product design and developer-first UX.
  • Knowledge of CDN, media processing, or DAM platforms.
