About You

You are a passionate and experienced engineer with a strong academic background in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. With at least 2 years of hands-on experience in VLSI design, particularly in embedded memory development, you thrive in collaborative environments.

Your expertise includes deep understanding of SRAM and Register File architectures, as well as advanced custom circuit implementation at FinFET and submicron technology nodes. Your solid grasp of digital and analog fundamentals enables you to tackle complex challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative multiport SRAM and register file architectures, implementing advanced circuit design techniques.
  • Perform schematic entry, simulation of major blocks, layout planning, and supervise the layout process while interfacing with the CAD team for full verification and model generation.
  • Design and implement low-power, area-efficient embedded memory circuits and architectures, including SRAM and register files.
  • Learn and apply advanced skills in memory compilers, focusing on transistor-level circuit design and automation.
  • Resolve a wide range of design and implementation challenges through creative, resourceful methods and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
