Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Interior Designer to join our team. As an Architect for Workplace Interiors (Commercial), you will be responsible for creating functionally beautiful spaces that reflect clients' vision and objectives. Your focus will be on designing workplace interiors for corporate clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with other team members to develop comprehensive design concepts that meet client's needs and expectations.
  • Applying outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
  • Developing detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, using SketchUp and AUTOCAD(2D).
  • Creating realistic renderings and animations using Enscape to enable clients to visualize the design concept.
  • Selecting furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories, and producing material boards to ensure that the design is cohesive and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Following design guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure that designs are safe and comply with industry standards.
  • Working with the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining productivity and quality targets.
  • Attending meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and to provide guidance and advice.

Requirements :

  • Strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD(2D), photoshop and Enscape.
  • Excellent conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical abilities.
  • Flexibility to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 1-3 years of experience required in Interiors in Commercial (Office Interiors).
  • Proven experience in workplace interior design.
  • Creative and innovative thinking, with an ability to deliver unique and inspiring designs.
  • A portfolio showcasing your previous work and design style.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
