Technology Visionary

We're seeking a pioneering Technology Visionary to spearhead the development of cutting-edge systems, generative AI, and DevOps/AIOps solutions that drive our homecare technology vision forward.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience, with extensive expertise in production-ready AI/ML systems.
  • Proven capabilities in GenAI, Large-Scale Model Operations (LSMOps), and cloud-native infrastructure (GCP/AWS).
  • Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud-native infrastructure (GCP/AWS).
  • Experience in designing and building end-to-end AI systems, including data pipelines, training, inference, and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of data security, compliance frameworks, and scalable system design principles.
  • A results-driven mindset: able to iterate quickly while maintaining long-term scalability and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Architecture & Development: Design and build core systems for seamless homecare fulfillment.
  • AI/GenAI Research & Development: Develop and deploy AI/GenAI pipelines for automation, decision support, and caregiver workflows.
  • Large-Scale Model Operations: Own the lifecycle of large language models—fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, and scaling in production.
  • Automation Strategy: Identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation across various workflows.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure systems are built to meet HIPAA, SOC-2, and DPDP standards from inception.
  • Hands-on Execution: Remain deeply technical, contributing to code, architecture, and experimentation.
