Job Description & Responsibilities:
  1. We seek a highly skilled DB Developer who can design and program databases to enhance existing features in our applications and support new initiatives.
  2. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate with clients' technical and infrastructure teams to configure infrastructure for deploying our applications.
  3. The selected candidate will deploy and configure database components of our applications at client sites for customized features, system security, and process monitoring.

Maintaining system, server, and application security is essential for compliance. Monitoring overall health ensures systems are up and running.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Monitoring and optimizing performance at our organization and deployed components.
  • Providing in-house expertise and technical support for database and software-related issues.
  • Supporting our Application, Database, and Infrastructure Architecture.
  • Planning and implementing backup and recovery strategies.
  • Managing database consolidations and ensuring availability of system storage.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of RDBMS basics.
  • 3+ years' experience with SQL databases.
  • Knowledge of TSQL (Microsoft SQL Server) is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to SSIS or other ETL tools.
  • Good working knowledge of MS-Excel, .csv, and other file systems.
Nice-to-Have Skills Include:
  • Application and database design experience.
  • Hands-on experience in a product company.
  • Brokerage and/or financial industry exposure.
  • Microsoft Visio.
