AI Prompt Development Specialist

Role Overview
We seek a skilled professional to spearhead the development of high-quality prompts for AI models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize effective prompts to drive accuracy, reliability, and adaptability of AI systems within various business use cases.
- Collaborate with automation teams to integrate bots with AI-driven agents for seamless workflows.
- Build and deploy AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously.
- Partner with data scientists, RPA developers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- Develop reusable prompt templates, libraries, and best practices for large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems.
- Integrate APIs, knowledge bases, and 3rd-party systems into AI agents and RPA workflows to enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Monitor agent and bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and fine-tune prompts for continuous improvement.
- Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI agent frameworks, RPA enhancements, and generative AI trends to keep solutions cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI agents.
- Expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), preferably with Automation Anywhere.
- Strong understanding of AI principles, including machine learning and natural language processing.
- Ability to design and optimize high-quality prompts.
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
