As a Senior Research Executive, you will be responsible for leading project teams and managing research projects from start to finish. This includes conducting research activities, such as designing screeners, questionnaires, and specifications, as well as facilitating client meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and implement research projects, ensuring timely updates to senior members and delivering high-quality results
  • Conduct research activities, including designing high-quality materials, conducting pilot interviews, and facilitating client meetings
  • Initiate client relationships and drive business growth through marketing activities, including arranging meetings and drafting proposals
  • Provide coaching to RA and RE colleagues, guiding workload planning for effective project management and fostering teamwork

Requirements:

  • Strong degree in any subject and/or professional qualification
  • 2-4 years' experience in research or professional services organisation
  • 2 years' experience in research-based project support role
  • 1-2 years Healthcare experience is essential
  • Healthcare knowledge or experience is highly beneficial
  • Ability to produce near final interview materials and presentation drafts
  • Solid project management skills
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Basic coaching skills
  • Computer proficient – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
