Job Title: DLP Security Professional

A dynamic and experienced DLP Security Professional is sought after by a leading organization to implement and manage cutting-edge data loss prevention solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data classification, encryption, and regulatory compliance frameworks, as well as hands-on experience with DLP tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement DLP policies for email, endpoints, cloud storage, and web traffic.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept testing for new DLP features and updates.
  • Work with IT teams and business units to align DLP configurations with organizational security policies.
  • Regularly review and fine-tune DLP policies to reduce false positives and negatives.
  • Investigate DLP alerts and incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with DLP tools (e.g., Symantec DLP, Forcepoint DLP, Microsoft Purview).
  • Strong understanding of data classification, encryption, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Expertise in network security, endpoint security, and cloud security.
  • Experience in SIEM integration, CASB solutions, and data discovery tools.
  • Knowledge of incident response frameworks and forensic investigation techniques.
