Job Title: Structural Integrity Expert

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Structural Integrity Expert to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for conducting thorough airframe structural analysis to ensure the integrity of aircraft structures.

Your primary focus will be on updating and validating finite element models (FEM) using industry-standard tools such as GFEM. This includes DMU cleaning and stress analysis on composite and metallic materials.

You will also be working on load extraction, utilizing in-house tools to extract loads and perform analysis using software like ISAMI, Hypermesh, and MSC Nastran/Patran.

Automation and reporting are critical aspects of this role, where you will leverage Excel VBA to automate tasks and generate reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct airframe structural analysis to ensure the integrity of aircraft structures
  • Update and validate finite element models (FEM) using industry-standard tools
  • Perform load extraction using in-house tools and software
  • Automate tasks and generate reports using Excel VBA
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in aerospace engineering with expertise in stress analysis, FEM, and load extraction.

Industry-standard software skills, including ISAMI, Hypermesh, and MSC Nastran/Patran, are essential. Additionally, strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
