Senior Automation Tester

Key Performance Indicators: Quality Assurance and Engineering Specialist We are seeking a skilled senior QA automation engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce and nCino to join our quality engineering team.

Job Description:
  • Develop, implement, and execute automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing of Salesforce and nCino applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Perform thorough end-to-end testing of nCino modules, including loan origination systems, credit memos, collateral tracking, covenant tracking, deposit account openings, and workflow automation, guaranteeing high-quality results.
  • Validate Salesforce Lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems, providing comprehensive test coverage across UI, API, data, and performance testing.
  • Establish and track quality metrics, identifying defects and driving resolution, contributing to continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 9 years of QA experience, with at least 4 years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects, demonstrating expertise in nCino modules and banking workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks, API testing, and proficiency in CI/CD tools, Agile/Scrum methodology, and version control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred/Good-to-Have:
  • Salesforce certifications (administrator, platform app builder), nCino 201/301 certification, or equivalent.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; master's degree preferred but not required.
