Job Description:

As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and management of our organization's IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing servers, networks, storage, cloud environments, and data centers, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in infrastructure strategy, cloud adoption, compliance, disaster recovery, vendor management, and team leadership. They will be responsible for defining and executing infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and scalability needs, as well as managing hybrid environments with cost optimization.

In addition, they will implement infrastructure security best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards, lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and support staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and enable growth. They will also design, implement, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans, oversee proactive monitoring of systems and networks, resolve incidents with minimal downtime, manage vendor relationships, contracts, and infrastructure budgets, and maintain detailed system/process documentation and prepare reports on infrastructure health and KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or equivalent roles.
  • Proven expertise in network, systems, and cloud infrastructure.
