Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced inside sales professional with a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in the same profile. The primary responsibility is to manage both inbound and outbound sales calls and convert potential clients into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To identify and approach prospect clients using a variety of resources such as cold calling, email campaigns, online search, social media, or referrals.
  • To make outbound calls to clients for company introductions.
  • To analyze prospects using Initial Customer Profiling (ICP) and convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • To follow the BANT process (Budget Authority Need and Timeline) to ensure effective ICP.
  • To manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • To maintain regular reports of sales activities, including calls made, lead generation, and deals closed.
  • To stay updated on the company's products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales in B2B sales with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Experience in B2B demand generation, preferably with knowledge of LinkedIn Direct Messaging and networking.
  • Experience in conducting virtual meetings using tools like Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively to achieve sales goals.
  • Candidates should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
