Manufacturing Engineering Manager

**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our manufacturing engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing priorities and expectations for the team's activities, leading the manufacturing engineering function, including process routing and cost estimation, and supporting training and development for the manufacturing engineers.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Lead the manufacturing engineering team and establish priorities and expectations for their activities
  • Develop and define efficient manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality
  • Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimize production operations
  • Oversee manufacturing engineering projects from concept to completion


**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or mechanical engineering, with at least 15 years of experience in a technical management leadership role. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in technical tools and systems.
