Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Head to join our team at Rediffusion Brand Solutions Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality advertising campaigns that meet client goals. You will develop and execute a long-term business strategy to drive growth and profitability, identify new business opportunities, markets, and client segments, and set revenue targets to ensure financial objectives are met.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and client segments.
  • Set revenue targets and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality campaigns.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns and issue resolution.
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers, creative professionals, and strategists.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and encourage innovation.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between different departments (creative, strategy, media, and digital teams).
  • Oversight of the planning, development, and execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements for future projects.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for campaigns and operational costs.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective pricing and service strategies.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in business development and team leadership. You will have a deep understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business administration, advertising, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in the advertising, media, or marketing industry.
