Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented French Language Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals who are fluent in French and eager to build a career in business operations or procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate and communicate effectively in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Support internal teams with French documentation, email handling, and communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations.
  • Assist in procurement or supply chain tasks as required.
  • Maintain data accuracy and follow internal processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • French language certification - minimum B2 level (DELF/DALF/TEF/TCF).
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business, or related fields).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of procurement/supply chain concepts.
  • Experience in procurement systems such as SAP, SRM, Ariba, or Coupa is a plus.
  • Internship or academic project related to procurement or logistics.
