As you take on this critical role, you will be responsible for facilitating communication with external stakeholders through email and phone calls, while ensuring seamless internal coordination to resolve language-related queries.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in French, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Key responsibilities include responding to local language requests from internal and external stakeholders via email and phone, querying follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders in local languages, classifying invoices, and providing coding for local language invoices.
To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in finance operations or shared services.
We are looking for a proactive individual who can identify problems and provide solutions independently, meeting process requirements and adhering to deadlines with 100% quality.
Essential qualifications include language certification (B2 Grade), knowledge of customer service practices, and industry knowledge with basic financial management system skills.
