Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in staff recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Support various ABS-wide projects and initiatives
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange logistics for visitors
  • Provide backup support to the lead Executive Administrative Assistant and team members
  • Organize staff meetings, events, and off-sites
  • Act as Lead Administrator for Central Services
  • Perform a range of clerical and administrative duties with minimal supervision

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
