Creative Designer Role

We are seeking a talented and skilled Creative Designer to fill this position. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent technical skills, and the ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing designs across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Design: Develop and create high-quality visuals for digital materials, including social media posts, website graphics, email campaigns, and more.
• Creative Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns that align with our brand identity.
• Visual Branding: Ensure consistency in visual branding across all design deliverables.
• Web and Mobile Optimization: Design and optimize assets for web and mobile platforms, considering usability and user experience.
• Media Editing: Edit and enhance photos, illustrations, and videos to create polished final outputs.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Design Trends: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure fresh, innovative approaches.
• Brand Guidelines: Assist in maintaining and updating brand guidelines to reflect company growth and vision.
• Communication: Communicate design concepts effectively to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Figma, or Canva.
• Design Principles: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
• Motion Graphics: Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing is a plus.
• UI/UX Design: Familiarity with UI/UX design and tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is an advantage.
