Technical Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Tech Support Expertise

    • Develop expertise in Microsoft products, including Windows, Office, Microsoft365, and Surface devices.

    • Stay informed about product updates, patches, and known issues.

    • Guide customers on using self-help resources and online documentation.

  • Customer Satisfaction

    • Strive for first-contact resolution whenever possible.

    • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor even during challenging interactions.

    • Collect feedback and identify areas for improvement.

  • Troubleshooting Skills

    • Troubleshoot post-install software issues (Windows, Office, etc.) cross-platform.

    • Assist with device network & connectivity issues (Internet, browsing, etc.) cross-platform.

    • Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
    • Identify root causes of problems.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
    • Educate customers on best practices.
