Professional Invoice Processor

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Accounts Payable Process Developer. This individual will be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, providing resolutions for the invoices, and releasing them for payment. Additionally, they will articulate and demonstrate basic accounts payable process concepts, including 3-way matching, PO, NON-PO, and GRN.
The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable/invoice processing/accounting/ERP and be proficient in tax deduction at source. They should also be aware of the nuances of India AP aspects, including import invoices processing, Bill of Entry, packing lists, and TDS applicable on service expenses incurred in foreign currency. Furthermore, they will be expected to know GST components, including intra-state, inter-state, state, and central rates.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will work independently, performing transactional tasks that support compliance, planning, and execution of assigned processes. They will also follow up with requisitions via calls, emails, or tickets to seek hold invoices according to AP guidelines.
