Job Title: Strategic Communication Expertise Developer 

The role of the Strategic Communication Expertise Developer is to design, develop and deliver impactful communication skills training programs. This enhances employees' ability to convey their messages effectively through verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

This position demands expertise in coaching individuals and teams to improve their business communication for client interactions, presentations, and workplace collaboration.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct communication skills training sessions for new hires and existing employees focusing on verbal, written and non-verbal communication.
  • Develop customized training modules based on organizational needs and learner profiles.
  • Evaluate participants' communication skills through pre- and post-training assessments and provide actionable feedback.
  • Coach employees on accent neutralization, business English, email etiquette and presentation skills.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, Learning and Development and Human Resources to align training programs with organizational goals.
  • Maintain updated training materials and adopt innovative training methodologies.
  • Track and report training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching for employees requiring additional support.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices in corporate communication training.
