About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced testing strategies, developing and maintaining automated test frameworks, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on best practices in testing and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Implement data-driven testing approaches to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that changes do not introduce new defects.
  • Track and report quality metrics to inform testing and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
