Key Business Role: Business Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned professional to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and lead cross-functional teams.

Job Summary:

  • Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for development teams.
  • Conducting feasibility studies, impact assessments, and gap analyses for new initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Leading workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to elicit requirements and define business processes.
  • Collaborating with IT teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining detailed records of project progress, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, insurance, or related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience as a business analyst, with at least 4 years in the life insurance domain.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products, underwriting, policy administration, claims, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Excel).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
