Software Engineering Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will lead the global R&D roadmap and product transformation initiatives, overseeing development and operations of a scalable, reliable SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a software engineering strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing product transformation initiatives.
  • Mentor and retain high-performing engineering talent.
  • Oversee development and operations of a cloud-native SaaS platform.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Make informed technical decisions balancing business needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in performance, scalability, and security.
  • Represent engineering to senior stakeholders and report on progress.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in software engineering, with 15+ years in SaaS platform/product development.
  • Proven leadership managing large engineering teams across diverse skill sets.
  • Expertise in cloud-native architectures, APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and serverless computing.
  • Strong understanding of software and infrastructure cost management.
  • Technical skills: Java, .NET, AWS, RedHat, ETL tools, front-end technologies.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and building engineering talent pipelines.
