We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Transfer Pricing (Taxation) and International Taxation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transfer pricing projects under the guidance of partners and established processes, developing innovative solutions to complex tax challenges.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members on transfer pricing matters, fostering growth and development within the team.
  • Identify international transactions, draft comprehensive FAR analysis, and conduct thorough benchmarking analysis to ensure accurate compliance.
  • Prepare detailed transfer pricing documentation and draft in-depth study reports, utilizing industry knowledge to drive results.
  • Possess expertise in tax litigation, interpreting case law, and presenting arguments before Transfer Pricing Officers, delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Support the tax team during audits by filing forms like 3CEB, 15CA, 15CB, and other related issues, ensuring seamless compliance.
  • Ensure effective management of various transfer pricing forms (Master File, CbCR etc.) to maintain optimal compliance.
  • Interpret and apply international tax rules and regulations, providing strategic guidance to clients.
  • Demonstrate a strong learning mindset and willingness to stay updated on TP laws in both India and the UAE, catering to a global clientele with diverse needs.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Global transfer Pricing regulations and compliance, driving business growth through expert advice.
  • Assist in TP planning, structuring, and BEPS-related compliance, leveraging industry expertise to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Support client engagements across advisory, documentation, and litigation, building long-term relationships and trust.
  • Draft intercompany agreements, negotiating fair and equitable terms for all parties involved.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting using MS Word and Excel, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Familiarity with and the ability to analyze data from benchmarking tools like Prowess, TP Catalyst, and Orbis etc., staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing is highly desirable.
