Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

The role of the Financial Operations Coordinator is to oversee financial operations and project coordination. This involves managing financial transactions, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Coordination:
    • Prepare and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices and purchase orders.
    • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
    • Maintain communication between stakeholders, including sponsors and internal teams.
    • Track project budgets and expenditures.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Coordinate expense reporting.
    • Assist with administrative tasks related to project and financial documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required, as well as 8-12 years of experience in financial coordination or project management.
