AI Innovator Wanted

We are seeking a proactive and talented AI Innovator to join our mission-driven team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a strong background in machine learning and AI.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and enhancing simulation models, spearheading research initiatives, and translating research insights into practical, deployable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cutting-edge ML models to achieve unprecedented accuracy.
  • Lead research initiatives that advance the science of behavioral prediction, and design and execute sophisticated experiments to validate new approaches.
  • Translate research insights into practical, deployable solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced ML capabilities into the product.
Required Skills:
  • Machine Learning & AI Expertise: A strong background in machine learning, particularly in behavioral prediction, reinforcement learning, or probabilistic modeling.
  • Research & Experimentation: Proven ability to conduct rigorous research, design experiments, and validate new methodologies in AI and behavioral modeling.
  • Software Development & Deployment: Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Cloud & Scalable Systems: Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scalable computing frameworks such as Spark, Kubernetes, or distributed computing environments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with product teams, data engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate advanced AI capabilities into practical, user-focused solutions.
