Job Description:

As an AI Innovation Lead specializing in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying AI solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and enable growth across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models for diverse business applications, focusing on generative AI and LLMs.
  2. Support research and development initiatives in AI and generative AI technologies, exploring new frameworks and identifying relevant business use cases.
  3. Drive the adoption of generative AI within the organization, establish governance frameworks, and lead training sessions to enhance AI literacy.
  4. Collaborate with various teams to identify AI opportunities, conduct market research, and develop strategic plans for AI product deployment.
  5. Continuously improve the performance and accuracy of AI systems by optimizing algorithms and reducing processing times.
  6. Research and implement the latest advancements in AI, including multi-modal applications and agentic AI frameworks.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Skilled in using Pandas, NumPy, and managing data with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and ChromaDB.
  • Experience with VS Code, Git, Jupyter Notebook, and FastAPI for API development and integration.
  • Strong analytical skills to research, develop, and implement AI solutions for complex challenges.
